辦好2022年北京(jing)冬奧(ao)會是實施京(jing)津(jin)冀協同發展戰(zhan)略的重要舉措。為加(jia)快建(jian)(jian)(jian)設體(ti)育強國(guo)(guo),推動(dong)新(xin)時代體(ti)育事業高(gao)質(zhi)量發展提(ti)供了歷史性機遇,對于展現(xian)國(guo)(guo)家形象、促(cu)進國(guo)(guo)家發展振奮民(min)族精神具有重大(da)意(yi)義。中(zhong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)三局承建(jian)(jian)(jian)多項(xiang)冬奧(ao)會場館(guan)(guan)及配套工程。近日(ri),國(guo)(guo)內首(shou)個以冬奧(ao)會為主題全國(guo)(guo)規模(mo)最(zui)大(da)、展品最(zui)豐(feng)富的冰雪主題博(bo)物(wu)館(guan)(guan)——崇禮冰雪博(bo)物(wu)館(guan)(guan)項(xiang),提(ti)前12天(tian)完成主體(ti)結構封(feng)頂。
崇禮冰(bing)雪(xue)(xue)博(bo)物(wu)(wu)館采用博(bo)物(wu)(wu)館、圖書(shu)館“兩館合一”的建(jian)筑方式。主要(yao)由序廳(ting)、冰(bing)雪(xue)(xue)運動歷(li)史廳(ting)‘、冬奧歷(li)史廳(ting)、北京(jing)冬奧廳(ting)4個(ge)功能廳(ting)和1個(ge)冰(bing)雪(xue)(xue)運動體驗區(qu)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。工程建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)后將成(cheng)(cheng)為推廣傳播世界(jie)冰(bing)雪(xue)(xue)運動,研究冰(bing)雪(xue)(xue)文化的重要(yao)基(ji)地(di)。
綠色建筑,節(jie)材減排(pai)作為大(da)面積應用清水(shui)混凝(ning)土的代表性工(gong)程之一(yi),崇禮冰(bing)雪博物館項(xiang)目(mu)在總結先前(qian)經典清水(shui)混凝(ning)土項(xiang)目(mu),設計施工(gong)經驗的基礎(chu)上開拓創新,首(shou)創異(yi)型排(pai)架清水(shui)結構建成后,將成為我國(guo)清水(shui)混凝(ning)土結構發展(zhan)史上又(you)一(yi)重要里程碑。
項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)使用(yong)清(qing)(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)工(gong)藝展(zhan)開(kai)面積約28000平(ping)方米(mi),舍去了涂料(liao)與裝飾一次(ci)成(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)減少大量(liang)的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)垃圾,最(zui)大程(cheng)度(du)地保護崇禮的(de)(de)自(zi)然生態。本土(tu)(tu)(tu)特色(se),山巒(luan)結(jie)(jie)(jie)構為(wei)(wei)契(qi)合崇禮地區(qu)山地特色(se),項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)整體造(zao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)呈山巒(luan)狀較(jiao)其他(ta)常規項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)結(jie)(jie)(jie)構形式更為(wei)(wei)復雜,多為(wei)(wei)空間異(yi)型(xing)(xing)(xing)結(jie)(jie)(jie)構,各構件標高存在(zai)(zai)較(jiao)大差異(yi)。只憑借圖紙(zhi)無法(fa)滿足施(shi)(shi)工(gong)要求,必須(xu)借助Rhino模型(xing)(xing)(xing)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)定位依據。為(wei)(wei)此,項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)成(cheng)立課題攻(gong)關(guan)小(xiao)組。對異(yi)型(xing)(xing)(xing)結(jie)(jie)(jie)構施(shi)(shi)工(gong)做法(fa)、混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)振搗,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)結(jie)(jie)(jie)構分(fen)縫(feng)設置、混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)裂縫(feng)及氣孔控制、模板拼(pin)縫(feng)失水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)等相關(guan)問題進行攻(gong)關(guan)。形成(cheng)十余套施(shi)(shi)工(gong)方案為(wei)(wei)確(que)保最(zui)終(zhong)(zhong)成(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)效果。在(zai)(zai)清(qing)(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)正式施(shi)(shi)工(gong)前,項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)聯合清(qing)(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)單(dan)位制作(zuo)了長8.4米(mi),寬3米(mi),高4米(mi)的(de)(de)清(qing)(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)實(shi)體樣板,在(zai)(zai)樣版質量(liang)得到認可后(hou)再進行正式施(shi)(shi)工(gong),最(zui)終(zhong)(zhong)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)實(shi)體施(shi)(shi)工(gong)一次(ci)成(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)率達到100%。
